On March 23rd, 1775, Patrick Henry gave a powerful speech in which he insisted that America must seek freedom. But how did Patrick Henry believe this new America could ever win the battle? Listen to his own words. He said,
“There is a just God who presides over the destinies of nations, and who will raise up friends to fight our battles for us.”
Patrick Henry believed that they could win their freedom and liberty
only if God helped—and He did!
Is it too late for God to help America today? Not if we ask.
