Building Walls or Character?
Weekly Stories Archive
By Jerry Stewart - Vision Productions Of all the man-made spectacles in history, all of the seemingly impossible feats, there is one that truly sticks out in my mind. This unbelievable man-made structure was built for protection. And these people who spent literally hundreds of years building it thought that once it was completed, it would be uncrackable.
Where Was God on 9/11
Weekly Stories ArchiveBy Jerry Stewart Listen On the morning of September 11, 2001, members of a Middle East terrorist group boarded four of our U.S. passenger planes and succeeded in using these planes to kill thousands of innocent American people. These terrorists believed that if their plan would work, America would crumble – but they were wrong. Their terrorist plan may have worked. As I’ve spent time studying our American history and just how we came to be a nation, there has always been one question I have not been able to resolve, and that is just how the thirteen colonies were able to join together to take on the British Empire. Well, I believe it's because, first and foremost, our country has been blessed. It is clear that long ago, perhaps as early as the pilgrims landing on Plymouth Rock, maybe even sooner, God determined to bless America.

If a person wants to achieve true success in all areas of life, there is one key ingredient he must have. Personal integrity. Quite frankly, of all the things I see in America today that are so good, I believe it's sad but true. Little by little, as a nation, America is losing its integrity. We've lost sight of the moral ideals and principles our country was founded upon. And this moral decay is so gradual, so subtle, most people don't even see it.

No fact in history is so well attested as is the birth, life, and death of Jesus Christ. The encyclopedia devotes more words to Jesus than to Aristotle, Julius Caesar, or the great Napoleon. No life has been more carefully examined, so carefully noted. And, more importantly, no life has reached down so many centuries, with so great an impact, on so many millions of people, as the life of Christ.
